It’s about reconnecting with your inner strengths, uncovering your resilience, and learning to meet yourself with the same kindness you so often offer to others.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, I provide a supportive environment where you and your partner can discuss concerns, improve communication, and deepen your connection. Whether you're navigating conflict, facing life transitions, or simply looking to strengthen your bond, I offer personalized strategies to help you foster mutual understanding, trust, and intimacy. I focus on helping couples experience lasting change—not just through insight, but through felt experiences of being seen, heard, and emotionally supported. The goal is to foster a more secure bond, where both partners can show up with openness and compassion, even in difficult moments. Together, we'll work to cultivate a healthier and more fulfilling partnership.

About Me

Jennine Stewart she/her; M.A., R.P.

Registered Psychotherapist

Jennine deeply respects the courage it takes to be vulnerable and reach out for support. She feels honoured to offer a safe, compassionate space where people can feel seen, heard, and understood.

With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and over 15 years of experience in mental health, Jennine has supported individuals and couples through a wide range of challenges. In addition to her Masters, her training includes advanced certifications in Couple and Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and experience with various approaches such as EFT, SFT, Mindfulness, Somatic Embodiment and Self-Compassion. Jennine has also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and Reiki Level II certification, which inform and enrich her holistic perspective in therapy—considering the whole person: mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

Jennine believes therapy should meet people where they are in their journey. She honours each person's unique story, recognizing there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing.

She has a special interest in attachment, relationships, and self-compassion, and is passionate about helping people break unhelpful patterns and build deeper, more secure connections with themselves and others.

Outside of her practice, Jennine finds joy in yoga, meditation, baking, and spending time in nature. She treasures moments with her family and the everyday adventures she shares with her children.
